Haleh, Jamie and Heather have arts venue and company experience in every artform and at all scales. Nicky, Julie-Anne and Sammy are experienced in helping socially-driven organisations like housing associations build relationships with their clients. Together, we offer a fresh way of looking at audience development.

Heather Maitland

Heather Maitland

Role: Helping you interpret and use your results to develop audiences.

Background: Heather has spent 25 years helping organisations understand their audiences through more effective use of box office data. She has designed and delivered the Republic of Ireland’s national performing arts benchmarking project for the past nine years. Heather is an unashamed Strictly fan and appeared in a TV documentary called Sequins in my Dreams

Jamie Rees

Jamie Rees

Role: Helping you interpret and use your results to develop audiences.

Background: Jamie has worked in marketing all of Cardiff’s major arts venues. He is now Senior Marketing Manager at the Torch Theatre in Milford Haven where ticket sales have increased by 32% in his first two years and he introduced a completely bilingual service. You can see Jamie's tribute to Carry On star, Charles Hawtrey, as he'll be touring "Oh Hello" across Wales in the Summer of 2015.

 

Sarah Ingleston

Sarah Ingleston

Role: Co-ordinating everyone and everything

Background: Sarah has been organising the Clearview office and people for seven years. Efficient doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Mark HobartMark Hobart 

Role: Keeping the rest of the team on track

Background: Mark is responsible for running the Clearview business. He has extensive knowledge of software and data solutions. He is a keen sportsman and you will often find him cycling in the countryside when not driving forward the Audience Insight Service.

  

 

Nicky HawkinsNicky Hawkins

Role: Keeping the rest of the team on track

Background: Nicky is responsible for the delivery of customer services to Clearview’s customers. She has extensive knowledge of business with particular emphasis on strategic business planning, performance management, continuous improvement and ICT systems. She says she is an analytical geek who enjoys nothing better than solving complex problems.

  

Nick WilliamsNicholas Williams 

Role: Turning your raw data into useful audience insights

Background: Nick is a systems analyst and consultant. Having recently graduated from university with a first-class honours, Nick is now one of our resident business intelligence and reporting experts. Working to provide actionable insight to your data.
