"SPREADING THE GOOD NEWS"
Explore how the Clearview tool can be used for advocacy and help you to spread the good news. Explore what your stakeholders are interested in and how this can be effectively communicated.

"HOW DO AUDIENCES ENGAGE WITH OUR PROGRAMME"
In this session we will explore how audiences engage with your programme. Through asking questions such as how often do they attend the venue?, do we have artform audiences? and do purchasers for different artforms attend the venue at different frequencies? we will explore audience segmentation and engagement.

"REACHING THE HARD TO REACH"
Explore how your venue can reach the hard to reach through using data sets such as WIMD (Welsh index of multiple deprivation), Communities First and Mosaic data.

"BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH AUDIENCES"
In this session we will uncover ways in which you can build relationships with your audiences. Who are the ticket buyers coming once?, what are they like?, where do they live? What do they see? How can we increase the frequency of ticket buyers?

"PRICING"
This session will explore the logic and theory behind ticket pricing, asking questions such as does reducing ticket prices mean bigger audiences.
