Nicky has overall responsibility for all aspects of customer service through early engagement, through implementation and beyond.
Nicky has extensive knowledge and experience of strategic business planning, performance management, business intelligence and ICT systems.
She joined Clearview in 2007 having worked in private and public sector IT for over 20 years. She was the first IT Manager post-stock transfer for Evesham and Pershore Housing Association, prior to taking up her post as Communications Director with the executive team at Rooftop Housing Group in 2002. Her last act at Rooftop was to oversee the successful implementation of Clearview's performance management system, prior to Rooftop Housing Group achieving three stars and excellent audit commission inspection result.
Nicky holds a first class honours degree in mathematics and computing from the Open University. She is also a member of Mensa.
