Driving service improvement at Cadwyn
Cadwyn Housing Association are the latest social landlord to turn to Clearview business intelligence and reporting to unlock their data to drive service improvement programmes.
Cadwyn Housing Association own and manage over 2000 properties, including general needs homes and supported hostel bed spaces for homeless people. Its properties are predominantly located within Cardiff.
Adrian Jones, IT Manager said,
“We are in the early days of our implementation of Clearview, but have already identified data issues and identified where we can improve consistency with regard to our data entry. We are now able to view our data in a way that was not possible previously and we are able to empower our users with access to information without the need of support or the knowledge of database table structure/SQL query skills. The possibilities with regard to potentially linking the [Capita] housing management data with some of our other systems and the possibility of comparing past data with current data, is both exciting and challenging how creative we can be.”
Commenting on the news, Mark Hobart, Managing Director, Clearview said,
“Our search engine approach to business intelligence and reporting breaks down the traditional technical barriers and empowers staff to engage with data from a variety of sources in ways that truly support their service improvement initiatives. Cadwyn HA with just a few days training are self-sufficient in their use of the product and already identifying areas for service improvement.”
