Performance management practice - survey
Performance management is a journey not an event. Managing performance is a continuous process which involves making sure that the performance of employees contributes to the goals of their teams and the organisation. Where a performance management system is working well employees are more likely to engage with the goals of the business, thus leading to greater success.
This survey aims to assess the approaches being taken by businesses towards performance management. The objective is to understand current processes, best practice and identify future requirements.
The results will be published to all participants with an option to attend a workshop to discuss the findings.
